Shipping policy

Riventa delivers to any serviceable address across India. Shipping is charged at courier actuals based on your location and order size. The shipping charge is confirmed before dispatch, added to your order total and shown in order tracking.

A minimum order value of ₹3,000 applies before you can place an order.

Placing an order is a request — no payment is taken online at checkout. Our team will contact you to confirm your total, including the shipping charge, and collect payment before we dispatch your order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location, but most orders reach metro and major cities within 3–5 business days and other regions within 5–8 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees — courier timelines can be affected by weather, regional holidays and other factors outside our control.

You'll receive an order number as soon as your order is placed, plus a confirmation email if you provided one. Track your order any time from your account, or via the order-tracking page using your order number and the phone or email used at checkout.

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. If a courier is unable to reach you, they may attempt redelivery or return the parcel. For any address issues, contact us as early as possible so we can help before dispatch.
